I’ve been coaching for over 12 years, working with people who want to move better, feel stronger, and keep up with life as the years go by.

Every new client starts with a simple movement screen and strength assessment—not because it sounds fancy, but because guessing doesn’t work. From there, we build a program that challenges you without beating you up, so you can actually stick with it.

At CHP, the goal isn’t quick fixes—it’s long-term health. I use what the research says, what experience has taught me, and when needed, I bring in other pros like dietitians or physical therapists so every angle is covered. This isn’t about getting jacked for the beach (though that tends to happen as a side effect). It’s about lowering blood pressure, improving cholesterol and bone density, easing back and joint pain, and being able to get up and down off the floor with your kids or grandkids.
